After completion of your schematic design, we develop the design and create bid-ready construction documents. If necessary, we’ll enlist traditional architects and engineers that are licensed to provide engineering within your specific state. Budget estimates and schedules are detailed, along with the demarcation of responsibilities across the project team.
The design and development phase of the project is critical to detailing the requirements that affect the integration of control room systems into the physical room and the client’s IT network and infrastructure. During this phase, we provide unmatched attention to detail and coordination of consultants, engineers, and contractor reps with the project team to ensure situational awareness of the project.
Control room build projects present different challenges for traditional project managers and local general contractors. Again, this may be the only control room project they undertake during their career. Mauell has experience in managing contractors to ensure a safe, secure job site that delivers projects on time and within budget. Critical to the project is managing the integration of the control room systems for the general contractors, their sub-contractors, and the client’s IT staff.
Prior to delivery, our technical team fully assembles the control room systems and tests them for functionality, fit, and finish. Audio-visual systems are configured and tested. Products are then packed and shipped via air ride freight to their destination, where they’re met by our installation crew.
While on-site, we integrate the control room system into the facility and perform site acceptance testing. At the end of the install, we provide user training and final documentation.
